Scope note
- Secondary production is a production sector that makes use of primary production, with the processing of raw materials. Its individual branches are handicrafts, artisanship and industry. The secondary sector includes the processing of products, such as the production units of pasteurized milk, tomato paste, plastics, furniture, clothing, paper, etc.
