  • Minister who deals with the foreign policy of a government. The minister of foreign affairs is the head of the state diplomacy and is responsible for planning and implementing the government's policy in regard to the relations of the state with other states, often in the framework of interstate agreements and organisations, and to the overall position of the state in the international geopolitical system.
