- Bolj ali manj razgrajen organska snov v prsti. Humus ni le vir mineralnih soli, ki jih potrebujejo rastline, ampak tudi izboljša teksturo prsti in zadržuje vodo, preprečuje odmakanje hranil iz prsti.
