Editorial note
- "Shadows (graffiti)" refers to a technique used in the creation of a graffito to give the impression of depth or three-dimensionality to the letters or elements. This is achieved by adding an area of colour that suggests a shadow cast by the letters, typically in a consistent direction across the graffito. The use of shadows can enhance the visual impact of the graffito, making it appear more dynamic and engaging. As with all techniques used in graffiti, it should be understood within its specific cultural and aesthetic context.
